• Edible Items Non Returnable:- All Edible Items Are Non-Returnable, And Still The Product Is Sent Back To Matchless Online Shop, Than The Product Will Be Disposed Off Permanently And Cannot Be Re-Sent Back & Claimed.
• Exchange Process:- Matchless Online Shop Return & Refund Policies Gives You An Option To Exchange Items Purchased On The Portal Within 7 Days Of The Receipt Of The Non-Edible Items,  Contact Customer Care – Shipping Charges For Return & Forward Will Be Bear By Customer.

Customer Can Cancel The Order Within 7 Days From The Date Of Order Receipt And Need To Cancel On Matchless Online Shop Portal Under My Account & Order Tab Or Customer Can Email At Contact@matchlessonlineshop.com For Order Cancellation With Reason Of Cancellation.

• Product Return Condition:- All Items Must Be Returned In Their Original Unused Conditions & In Original Manufacturer’s Box/Packaging Was Delivered & In Re-Sellable Condition, Return Shipping Will Be Paid At The Customer’s Expense And Will Be Required To Arrange Their Own Shipping Or Matchless Online Shop Can Arrange To Pick Up Return. Forward & Return Shipping Charges Will Not Be Refunded To Customer. 

• Return In Case Of Following Cases:– In Case You Have Received The Product As
•  1) Was Delivered In Physical Damaged Conditions (Customer May Reject The Damaged Parcel At The Time Of Delivery And Provide Them The Return Reason As Damaged Parcel Or Product, And Do Not Accept Delivery From Courier Boy).

For Point No 1, No 2 & No 3 – Prepare The Video Of The Parcel Opening & Damaged Product Or Missing Product And Share With Us On Our Whatsapp No 9315165457 Or Email At Customer Care Email ID Within 6 Hours Of the Receipt Of The Courier, Our Team Will Look Into This And Once Approved Return Will Be Picked Up Within 24 To 72 Hours Of Approved Return & Shipping Cost Will Be Born By Matchless Online Shop.

• Items To Ensure While Returning Product/Box:- Customer To Ensure The Order # Is Mentioned In Return Box/Packaging To Identify The Item Related To Which Order & Refund Processing To Right Concerned. 
• Refund Process:- Refund Will Be Issued Only If The Product/Item Is Unused & In Re-Sellable Condition Received At Matchless Online Shop, And If The Product Have Been Used, Then The Refund Will Not Be Issued, And We Urge/Request To Keep The Product With Yourself, And The Product If Still Sent Back To Matchless Online Shop, In That Case No Refund Will Be Issued, And Product Will Be Scrapped Permanently & Cannot Be Re-Sent/Claimed Back.
• Order Not Received On Expected Shipment Timeline:- If You Have Not Received Ordered Item Within 2 Days From The Date Of Shipment Delivery, Please Do Inform To Matchless Online Shop – Via Email On Customercare@matchlessonlineshop.com After 48 Hours Of Delivery, No Request Will Be Entertained For Refund Or Any Claim.
• Return Item Pick Up:- In Case If You Are Still Unable To Ship From Your End, Matchless Online Shop Team Will Arrange The Pick Up And Return Shipping Charges Will Be Adjusted From The Refund, Further To This If The Return Shipping Charges Are Higher Than The Product Purchase Cost Then In That Case Return Pick Up Will Not Be Done And Same Will Be Informed To Customer.
• Return Item Received At Matchless Store Process:- Once The Product/Item Is Received At Matchless Online Shop, You Will Receive An Email, And Once The Quality Check Is Done & Approved, Then Refund Will Be Initiated And Expect To Receive The Refund In 5 To 7 Working Days And Depending Upon The Payment Method.

• Refund Amount Credit Process:- Orders Payment Done Through Debit/Credit Card Will Be Refunded Back To Debit/Credit Card Within 7 Working Days.
• Refund On Payments Through Net Banking:- Orders Payment Done Through Net Banking Accounts Will Be Credited Back To Bank Account.
