Cash On Delivery:- Apart From Shipping Charges A Nominal Amount Of INR 49/- As Flat Charges Will Be Charged Against All COD Orders & Cash On Delivery Orders Dispatch Will Take Two Additional Business Days.
Self Pick Up From Matchless Store:- Customers Can Pick Up The Order Packet From Matchless Online Shop Store, For Self Pick Up Please Come For Pick Up Parcel/Packet At Matchless Online Shop Store And Before Coming Please Check With Our Customer Care Team For Time Slot To PIck Up.

Third Party Logistic Services:- We Ship Our Products/Items Using Our Third Party Logistic Service Provider.

Delivery Responsibility For Relative Or Third Party Address:- We Do Not Take Responsibility Of Delivery Made To Customer’s Friends Or Relative Or 3rd Party Address.

Delay In Dispatch Due To Holiday/Festivals Periods:- Long Holiday Might Delay The Order By 2 To 4 Days, Depending On The Holidays.
Delay In Dispatch Due To Natural Calamities / Unforseen Conditions:- Shipment Might Get Delayed Due To Natural Calamities Or Unforseen Conditions.

Request For Change In Delivery Address
For Any Change Of Delivery Address, Requests Are Entertained By Us But Before The Order Has Been Dispatched.
Out Of Stock Items
Would Like To Mention That If There Is Any Product/Item Which Is Not Available In The Stock, We Will Dispatch The In Stock Items Immediately And Send The Remaining Products/Items Once These Are Returned In Stock. And Still In Case If Customer Wish To Get The Refund, We Can Cancel The Order And Initiate The Refund For The Same.
